   Glaspers Land Agency Ltd is situated at Coombe View Farm, Branscombe, Nr Seaton, Devon EX12 3BT. The normal hours of opening are between 8.30am and 5.00pm on weekdays at Coombe View Farm.

   Head of the appropriate department or in their absence T P Glasper.
    
4. PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY
   Full insurance carried.
    
5. FEES
   By arrangement.
    
6. ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYMENT OF FEES
   Monthly account unless otherwise agreed.
    
7. INTEREST PAYMENTS
   3% over current prevailing bank rate.
